Who is Harold Ford Jr. and why isn't he running for President instead of Obama?

I have seen this guy around before and watched him alot on MSNBC tonight. This guy "gets it" and is twenty times more electable than Obama. I can't stand Obama at this point. It's not because he is black either--he looks like a goofball with big ears. Obama is so skinny and wimpy looking that I bet Hillary could kick his wrestling. I bet even McCain could beat Obama in a street fight. To be the leader of this country, you have to p the sniff test and be STRONG. Kerry and Gore lost because they looked like they were dorky hall monitors in school instead of the cl clown or star athelete. Ford Jr. would get my vote for President --WHY ISN'T THIS GUY RUNNING?
