I am scarred.Any good dvd players out there that are inexpensive and last more than 3 months?

I bought my two yr old a hello kitty dvd at 100 bucks. Then we bought her one that was $25.00 tThen we bought a $40 Curtis, and none seem to last more than three months, nor can we find receipts and therefore are out of warantee repair. My two yr old doesnt touch the dvd players as they are out of her reach, so its not her...
