Help me understand the thinking of voters?

John McCain divorces his sick first wife marries a wealthy heiress who rips off her own charity foundation..........John Edwards has an affair with a woman while his wife battles a deadly cancer.......and the Clinton we all know their dirty laundry........so why is it so hard to embrace the one candidate hasn't been tainted by Washington, Cheated on his wife (at least as fas as we know)? And what kind of experience does the US Senate give that the IL Senate doesn't give?.....
