Yahoo answers needs to change its terms of service, what are your thoughts?

I couldn't agree more! The thing that makes me mad is users who post racist & insulting abuse & claim to be from another country.I know that one of the very worst of them is English but pretends to be Indian,making most cricket section users dislike Indians in general.Such underhand behaviour should be stopped.I recently complained to YA about it & didn't get a reply for over a week asking for info about him.Of course in that time he'd changed his name 50 times & been suspended so what could I do,i'd already sent them all the Qs he'd copied from minethey had been deleted by that time.I have received very nasty emails from the English guy which I reported getting him suspended,but he just came back with worse stuff.I think they should appoint a moderater from among the decent users to clean it up if that's at all possible.
