What are good hip/urban/modern places to live in midtown/downtown Saramento? I am looking to rent.?

I am looking at Alchemy at R street, 1801L, 800J, Fremont Mews, Capitol Towers, and Globe Mills. If any of you have any information on any of these it would be greatly appreciated!!
