What should I do if my 3 crushes found out I liked them?

Well, that already happened to me 2 days ago. My 2 friends, Ronny (Normal Friend) and Pierre (Crush Friend) found out the 3 guys I liked. I didn't tell them, they just reached into my backpack, and opened my notebook. It had Guillermo, Pierre, and Luis written in a page! With hearts, kissy lips, and cute nicknames, oh my! Pierre found out I like him, so I don't think if he wants to be friends with me. I SO want to go out with him. Can u please help me?! I'm 50% hopeless!
