Some one answer this plz?

I wear gles with the lines on them forgot what it's called The eye doc said my right eye gos in but my left eye is fine the gles are suppost to help my right eye get back to where its suppost to be if not i gotta go get eye surgery @.@ what kind of surgery would i need for that and does it hurt? do they num u or some thing be for it happeneds
