Should i start Jamaal Charles (KC) over Steve Smith (CAR) in week 13?

I would go with Charles. As you said he's the only healthy back they have so he's gonna get carries. Plus, he's produced well over the last couple of weeks. Smith hasn't had a great season, so he's more risky IMO. Good luck!
