My dog ingested whole bottle of prescribed vitamin k?

my toy poodle approx 7 lbs ate his whole bottle of prescribed vitamin k. He chewed the top off and ate a 3 week supply. What is the side affects. the vitamin k was prescribed for suspected ingestion of rat poison.
