How long did it take you to get your BFP?

I'm sitting at day 29, and I had one sided cramping/dull ache on about day 22 that started a little higher up on my left side of my pelvic area and moved down just a bit. I tested on day 25 and day 28. Both were negative. My question is how long did it take before you showed positive on a hpt? As in what day of your cycle were you on when you got your positive test?
