this will take a lot of scrubbing. first you need to loosen some of the yuk. do this by spraying plain water inside and set on microwave for 1 min.. wipe out with paper towels and repeat as many times as necessary until you get it clean. then, once it's all clean invest in a spatter screen to use when you microwave. that'll keep the inside neat. when your using the oven, cover the dishes you use with gl covers. again keeping clean. from then on a weekly cleaning should be fine.
