Bleeding during and there is no pain?

I have been having for two yrs now and sometimes after rough I notice pinkish discharge but last night my partner and I were having gentle and there was no pain at all. Then he said you are bleeding and there was a mive stain on the quilt cover and the quilt underneath. It was also all over me. I am just a little worried can anyone help me please.
